What is Embodied Well-Being?
It is healthy self-expression. It means being in touch with your physical, mental, and emotional layers, and knowing how to experience your energy in a balanced, fluid, and confident manner. It is being able to feel centered (as best possible) when encountering life challenges and unexpected turns.
CCMotion is a wellness approach that uses didactic and experiential tools such as breath, mindful movement, expressive dance, guided visualization, journaling, and drawing experiences to access and uncover your true and authentic self. CCMotion restores personal well-being and improves interaction with others by assisting in the discovery of energy balance and harmony.
