Private CCMotion Sessions and Reiki
Private sessions in CCMotion involve body awareness and movement patterns that calm and rejuvenate your whole MIND.
CCMotion invites you to explore therapeutic movement patterns that directly calm your head and its mental chatter so that you can access your intuition and replenish the energy of your entire nervous system. During the session you will experience the "dynamism" of your whole self in motion, creating a calm clarity throughout your entire being. Guided visualization, art experiences, creative writing, and Reiki energy healing are also incorporated based on the interests and needs of the individual. Opportunity for discussion is provided at the end of every session in order to gain further understanding of the overall experience.
Reiki sessions restore a person's own nervous system naturally.
Reiki is non-invasive and a modality known for focusing on your own body's innate capacity to heal. It does so by restoring your energy from the inside-out. Reiki soothes, rebalances, and revives your nervous system by creating comfort and ease. You remain clothed and receive a whole body relaxation experience while listening to soothing music.
